Unplanned.

Ladies. I’m 35 weeks, and my son is still breeched. He’s definitely comfortable and my doctor said by 37 weeks if he hasn’t turned we can schedule a c section. The news blew me out of the water because this whole pregnancy I thought I would have him naturally and everything would go according to plan. Obviously he has time to turn... but Incase he doesn’t I’d like to know more experiences from mothers that have had a c section. I’m so scared. And I HATE that I won’t be able to grab him and hold him right away after.. How long does it take until you can hold your baby? How long until you’re aware what’s going on(off the medicine from the surgery)? Etc etc. any comments or advice is welcome!!!
