How much do you eat right before/during your period?

I noticed that right before my period, I eat way more than usual and always want to eat junk food. Does anyone else experience this?

I eat more than usual and have a slightly increased appetite, but not for junk food. I'm just hungry in general, and will gladly scarf down a salad, fruit, or veggies with hummus instead of junk.

Yep! I'm ravenous before AND during my period! I crave chocolate, of course, but also salty food! And especially junk food! Sometimes I'll crave juice and fruit, too!
