Pimples inside nose

Hi ,

I just completed 3 months of pregnancy. And, I am having some kind of pimple inside my nose and some red bumps on the opening of nostrils. V much irritation and itching. What is it ? Please advise the remedy if any of u having experienced same kind of thing during pregnancy. Thanks
