Vaginismus and Vulvodynia
Ive recently been diagnosed with both vaginismus and vulvodynia. i’m really struggling to come to terms with these diagnoses. i’m in pain and exhausted, emotionally and physically. i don’t know anyone who also struggles with these. i feel like a failure. i need someone to talk to about this.
