What does this mean? 32 weeks pregnant

I’ve been having the same thing since yesterday first it was bright red blood now it’s that my doctor said it could be a popped blood vessel if I pushed to hard pooping or strained myself in any other way had sex  she told me if I don’t have any contractions or cramping and as long as it’s minimal it’s nothing to worry about  
But if it continues today I’m going to go get checked out to be safe
