Help!!
I’m a first time mom very excited, very nervous. I’m having very bad morning sickness throughout the day. I haven’t been able to eat I literally have no appetite and it hurts my stomach to eat what can I do about that ? And any preferable over the counter medicine I can take for nausea and cramps ?
