So I went off my birth control back in Feb and my body has been a roller coaster of hormones and changes. I was ovulating March 15-18, and immediately after my boobs have been sore and I’ve been cramping. And today I started bleeding. Is this normal? I’m guessing my period is just trying to start early since pregnancy tests are negative. I’m just nervous and want to make sure I’m not going bananas!
