Vulvar varicosities

Has anyone experienced this? Any tips on helping? I'm 14 weeks. From what I've read it won't go away until a few months post partum. 😔 Ugh I'm so uncomfortable and can't imagine going through this until then. I'm almost positive it will get worse the farther along I get. I see my doctor tomorrow to see how bad it is.
