Metformin?
I've had 4 pregnancies, my first being my daughter and the last 3 were miscarriages/chemicals. Only one of them were we able to see a heartbeat on ultrasound before I MC'd. I have long cycles but I do ovulate. I had the pregnancy loss work up and the only thing irregular was my insulin was high so I started on metformin.
My doc thinks since I'm
Ovulating so late in my cycle that the eggs just aren't in their prime when they're fertilized, which is why I'm going to start clomid with my next cycle, to try to make me ovulate sooner. I'm so scared to do clomid and over stimulate my ovaries. I'm wondering if anyone has had any success balancing hormones and then ovulating more regularly with only metformin?
