Having nightmares that wake me up almost every night at 3AM, could it be spiritual?

Just a little superstition. Its said that 3AM is the witching hour where spirits and demonic presents have the most energy to make themselves known.

Pretty much every other night I wake up from a nightmare either at exactly 3AM or some time within the 3AM hour period.

Could this be a sign of maybe some presence making itself known? Usually the dreams consist of someone being in the house/trying to break in, someone living in my sons closet and the newest one was being attacked by a hawk.

Has anyone had similar experiences
