Weird bleeding

My boyfriend fingered me last week and I bled a lot the next morning and then it bled a little for three days and stopped. We had protected sex last night for the first time in about three weeks and I’ve bled a little all morning. I don’t hurt or anything and I don’t think I’m pregnant because I’ve taken tests which were all negative. I’ve missed my period this month but that’s not unusual for me. Is this normal? My cervix is really low too.
