Vag exam....
So I'm really sorry if this is TMI, but I'm just genuinely curious to see if I'm the only one..
Today at my doctors appointment she did a vag exam and it was so painful! I feel I've always been super sensitive in that area and I'm scared to death it will be 100 times worse giving birth. Does anyone feel this way? And are there any tips for better preparing myself for birth to ease my tension? Thanks so much!
