I’m 30 years old with irregular periods. Ultrasound was clear. Blood sugar was 91 (normal)

Everything looks normal (: Pcos is higher levels of testosterone, LH and lower levels of estrogen and FSH.

Women without PCOS usually have  testosterone levels of up to 4 ng/dl. If I remember correctly, anything over 6 ng/dl is considered the PCOS range. Up to a point of course, but I think as long as it's between 6 and 100 ng/dl it's indicative of PCOS.
