Fluoxetine and sex

I am a sexually active 18 year old and I have never achieved orgasm. I thought it was because the men I'm with don't know what they're doing, but I'm starting to have other thoughts. I have been on antidepressants for about two years, and became sexually active after starting the meds. Any thoughts on how I can increase my se drive/achieve orgasm. I cannot go off of my antidepressants
