My fiance grandma

I just had my daughter a few days ago and I'm in a lot of pain still very badly, but every time I have my daughter or feeding her she takes her from me she acts like the mom and its really bothering me I told my fiance and he said too tell her I want her back but I don't wanna hurt her feelings :( what should I do before I cry my eyes out because I feel like she's taking over
