Ok. So please no judgment here. Just want to know what you ladies think!

So for 3 days straight I bled super heavy bright red with a ton of clots. I had the worst cramps, like almost went to er I was hurting so bad! Now today, no bleeding at all! Only slight discomfort in lower belly area! I ovulated about a week ago, is there any chance at all this could of been some form of implementation bleeding? Ik usually it’s only very little and dark brownish. I do plan on testing in a few more days af AF should arrive within the next 3-4 days.
