I am 18 years old and I have been experiencing fatigue, sworness of my breast, nipples darkeren, bloating, cramps, and I missed my period. But last Saturday I was spotting and it was pinkish but then it kinda got to a light red, it is also very water and no clots. I don't know what this is, my boyfriend, me and a friend of mine prayed about me possibly being pregnant and we all felt on our hearts that I was. So is this a sign of pregnancy or something else. Oh it's not heavy at all.
