Cause for concern?

Hey all, for the past week i’ve been feeling miserable. I’m currently 32+3. For the last week i’ve been having really severe sharp pains in my upper abdomen / right rib area and sharp pains in my right shoulder. Plus severe headaches and nausea. I’ve tried tylenol and nothing is helping . I’ve checked my blood pressure and it is completely normal. 
Anyone have similar symptoms or can help me out?

Call your doctor!! Those can be signs of preeclampsia. At least have them check it out.

I had the same problem so today I went to the doctor and they did a nonstress test and baby girl was doing great. Still not sure what the cause was so I can’t help there but I had the same thing and my baby was fine.

I was having a lot of pain around my ribs on my right side. Sometimes it would spread to my upper back on the same side too. It was pretty intense. I think it was a gall bladder issue, as it seemed to come shortly after meals. I started eating a pretty low fat diet, and that helped a lot.
