I am 15 years old, not sexually active, and never have been. My vagina is red and itchy and a kind of chunky white discharge is coming out. The chunks have a wet paper kinda consistency and are kinda long. This has happened once before but it just kinda went away after a week or so.

I'm thinking it's from when I mastubasted because I used an old makeup brush handle as a dildo esque toy the time before this and this time (though I washed it throughly both times before and after)

Could it be a yeast infection or did I just disrupt my PH? Or did I possibly use it too roughly? Idk man.

What can I do to make the discomfort go away?
