Vaginal bleeding

So since yesterday I’ve had this weird bleeding from my vagina. ( it’s like more dark brown than red ) and it’s still happening today. but I am not supposed to get my period I’m literally halfway through my cycle. Plus it isn’t as heavy as period. So I’m a bit scared. What could it be ? I have no pain or any other symptoms
