Should I be concerned??

So I had a D&c T 15 weeks last month and just finished my first period following that two days ago. Just a few months ago when i went to the bathroom, this came out into the toilet and this also when I wiped, looked kinda like a clear ish blood clot... has any one else experienced this or should i be worried
