Yes I've heard of it and I've tried it. Be sure to eat the core that's where the highest concentration of bromelain is!

I talked with my fertility Dr about this and she said there is not enough of the chemical in pineapple to make it have an effect on you. She also said that the chemical in it can make you miscarry. I was going to try it but when she said that I didn't.

Not sure if it helped but I drank pineapple juice 3-4 times a day after ovulation and I got pregnant! Sadly ended in miscarriage though :-( xxx
