Daycare dilemma

I currently have my toddler at daycare at my work. She really loves it there, but I am almost 100% on my own when it comes to drop off and pick up. Most days it is fine because I am going to work, but running errands on the way home or if I am ever sick or just not going to work is a hassle for my husband to go 30 to 40 min out of his way to drop off and pick up. It is spendier at this place but the peace of mind is great.

We are thinking about baby #2 soon and he really wants her closer to home where we can both share pick up and drop off duties. Am I a terrible mom for even considering it? I want something closer we can both do, but only if it is a good place that I trust!

What would you do? It would be great to get some help so both of us are able to drop off and pick up. Thoughts?

Edit: Toddler price here is $335 per week. It was $374 for infant.
