Implatation

So last month I was spotting off and on and one night I went to bathroom and when I wiped there was what appeared to be a (very) tiny fetus in the tissue. I freaked out and showed my (soon to be) sister in law. She thought the same thing so I was freaking out. Well she researched it and from what she found it was part of implatation...so I'm trying to figure out if I could be pregnant? I had a full on normal period after that.
