My 1 year old stressing me out

So I am almost 15 weeks and my almost 14 month old daughter is stressing me out. I love her always but the past few weeks have been extremely difficult. She started waking up in the night. Having constant tantrums and I cannot stand the screaming!!!! She has me so incredibly stressed out and I don’t know how to handle it. At this rate I don’t know how I will be able to handle another child. I really hope this is just a phase and not a constant thing for her now. I’m really terrified about having another baby now. All I want to do is cry because I feel like a failure as a mom because the screaming is making me so frustrated with her.
