I have tilted cervix as well. To get pregnant after sex i would alternate laying on back and laying on stomach i think  it helped me i got pregnant in  about 2 months doing this.

Sorry not much help, I didn’t know my uterus was retroverted until 12 weeks and we tried multiple positions on different nights...doggie, missionary and me on top. Whatever we felt like on that particular night
