What IUD is best

I am 16 and have been been on birth control for a year and a half. My doctor said she will write me a referral whenever if I wanted and IUD. I’ve done research talk to my mom and aunties about there’s but I still don’t know what is better a copper or a hormonal one? I am super good at taking my pills on time, but it’s almost summer and I’m getting more busy with friends work and other life things I don’t want to slip up... so if you guys have any advice that would be great!!!!

I prefer the copper IUD because I don’t do well with hormones, but as a high schooler, I would rather have a Mirena because it can cause your cycles to disappear. Also, if your on birth control for reasons other than to prevent pregnancy, Mirena is your best bet.
