Household work load

Alright couples!!! How do you guys share the household chores work load.

My fiancé thinks that just doing the dishes is enough we both work full time, he has Saturday and Sunday off I have Monday and Tuesday off. But he feels that I should be at home cleaning and doing all the laundry on my days off, instead of taking care of other things. Where as on the weekends when he’s off he’s always out running around, getting into something in the woods (he’s an avid hunter)

He believes that doing the dishes is enough, expects me to do all this laundry, clean the entire house, cook dinner and clean up after him after he eats....

Input??? How can I get him to at least help me with laundry, it’s all clean and washed. It just needs to be folded, hung and put away.
