Use a condom.  People with penises are not as susceptible to UTIs as us vagina’d folk, because of the longer urinary tract, but that also means they suck more.  No matter how much you clean your ass, he’s going to be at risk if he doesn’t wear a condom.  
Use a lot of lube.  
You need a lot of foreplay to “stretch it out.”  You’re not really stretching anything, the asshole is already incredibly stretchy.  What you’re doing is trying to relax your muscles so you can take something in without issues.  The fingering should be slow, and a stretching motion, rather than a thrusting motion or come hither, like if he was fingering your vagina. 
Use a lot of lube.  
Go very slowly.  I mean like, after 15+ minutes of gentle fingering, put a millimeter in. Hold still a minute.  Repeat.  Once it’s in, just sit there for a while.  Adjust, relax.  Get used to it.  Start moving at a rate of like, a thrust a minute.  Sooooo slowwwlyyyy.  
Don’t forget lube.  
If there’s any pain, stop IMMEDIATELY.  Too much too fast can give you anal fissures- tiny tears in your asshole.  As you can imagine, having an open wound getting constantly exposed to shit is not good.  
And for fucks sake, und a TON of lube!  Put lube on your ass, then lube on his dick, then finger lube in your ass, pour more lube on, our lube on his dick, and put lube on your ass again.  NOW you’re ready to go.

I never use lube during anal… Just the juices from my….. or spit. Go slow but also once it’s in it’s in do not!!!!! let him take it out! Once it comes out and goes back in it will hurt! And when I say go slow I mean go slow and make sure he goes all the way in before he starts to thrust bc it will hurt.  You may get super hot 🥵 the pain last only a few seconds after that straight pleasure.

It’s gonna be a little messy. Try to be as clean as to can, but don’t stress if it’s still a little dirty. 
It’s also going to be painful at first and uncomfortable, but just relax. Expect the pain and don’t give up too quick just Bc it’s uncomfortable. It gets better. You just have to break the ice first.
