I’m curious, if a guy cums inside a girl, fully, and then takes thePlan B One Step, will it Really work?

If you haven't ovulated yet and take it in the first 72 hours, the chances are pretty good.  But plan B keeps you from ovulating, so depending on where you are in your cycle, if you've already ovulated, it won't work.

It is not 100%. The only thing that will keep you from getting pregnant 100% is not having sex at all. Get on birth control or use condoms. You can get free condoms and free or cheap birth control from your local health department or planned Parenthood.

In theory. There are other factors that go into play with its effectiveness. Where you are in your cycle, how long it's been, your weight. And of course it's not 100% effective so sometimes, even when you did everything right, it can fail.
