I’m not due for a while but I am terrified of giving birth I’m going to dread it throughout my whole pregnancy which is going to stress me out more :( can anyone tell me their experience of child birth? Positive or negative

The thought of an epidural also scares me because Of all the horror stories you hear about it and also scared of being ripped from end to end
