11 days missed period....pink and brown spotting? Considered my period or should I take a test??

My last period was 2/6-2/11 and according to my app I was 11 days late then I had a little bit of pink when I wiped. I put a tampon in and it was just brown then would stop completely. It would come back as brown the next day then stop. It went on from 3/11 to 3/14. Hasn’t came back. I am usually on time every time for my period and never miss. I’ve been really fatigue lately & bloated and slight headaches and when I experienced that spotting I had light cramps. But the weird thing is that had me wondering was I usually have cramps and my breast are sore before I start my period. This time none of that happened just the spotting. Should I consider this my period or take a test? Not experiencing any other symptoms other than fatigue.
