I’m going through a friend breakup. I tried to get my friend a job, but I was concerned because she wasn’t answering my boss or anything who was trying to contact her. Another friend told me that she is scared to do things for herself and that she didn’t even want to go on the interview alone. I kept talking her up and got her the job. Come to find out she didn’t know if she wanted to take it after she complained about not having one. My boss kept nagging me because she wasn’t getting back to them. I was getting upset so I was venting to another friend and they were saying how this person won’t do things for themselves and they’re concerned about them in the future. Now my friend I tried to get them job for came up to me and told me we aren’t friends because I was apparently talking shit. Now after someone twisted some words most of my friend group will not even look at me. What do I do? Is this friendship worth repairing (it’s senior year and it’s almost over)? Was I in the wrong for being upset that they weren’t taking this job opportunity seriously? I really need help
