How much bleeding or spotting is normal?

I've had 3 miscarriages.  Yesterday was my missed period. My cycle is ALWAYS on track. Today I just got home from work and went to the bathroom. I'm always terrified of seeing blood, and I just saw a little. I'll post a photo.

The pink pics you posted are normal. Keep an eye out for bright red spotting or heavy bleeding.

I’ve had one natural miscarriage out of two losses, and I’d say that spotting you posted is fine. If it’s red or heavy, that’s when to worry. Let your doctor or midwife know, but if they’re anything like mine, they’ll tell you to relax, keep an eye on it, and try not to worry. My midwife also suggested staying hydrated (good advice for any day!). I’ve been spotting too but it’s coming and going and not heavy so I’m trying to stay calm!
