How do you know when your actually ovulation according to my app I did have sex in my window but when doing further research I saw if stated date on conception (3-22) I did notice on that day an increase sex drive, cm discharge. On my actual date of ovulation calculated by the app I’ve been experiencing sharp cramps left abdomen could this be a good sign?
