Is ok to workout during early pregnancy?
I just found out I’m pregnant a few days ago with my rainbow baby🌈 I’m not scheduled to see my doctor until a few weeks. It’s 2 days after mi missed period so I’m very early. I had a miscarriage in October at about 10 weeks and after ttc for a few months I finally got a positive! Last pregnancy I continued to work out and had a miscarriage, I know I shouldn’t blame that but I want to be extra safe this time. The thing is that after my loss, I was extremely depressed and completely stopped taking care of myself...a few weeks ago I started to work out again so I want to continue my routine, at least cardio. What do y’all think?
