Is this normal?

I’m 15 weeks today and I feel like I can’t breathe also I’m having strong heart palpitations 😩🥴!

These are the exact same symptoms I had, and I mentioned it to my doctor and was diagnosed with anxiety. About a week ago, I was started on medication and my symptoms are gone. 
I was having trouble breathing, and heart palpitations DAILY, sometimes 2-3 times a day - come to find out, it was me having a panic attack. 
It was horrible, I could feel them coming on and start freaking out about not being able to breathe - then the heavy breathing would cause me chest pain and the palpitations would start.
Anxiety and panic are things I’ve NEVER had issues with before, and apparently the sudden hormone changes can bring that on. 
Also, my doctor told me if you are feeling heart palpitations without having a panic attack, that you should take yourself to triage or see a cardiologist depending on severity. 
Not saying that to scare you - just passing on what I was told! 
There were times my panic attacks were so bad that I was 100% ready to go to the emergency room. It’s really a difficult thing to deal with, especially while pregnant.
Would be worth a mention to your OB to see what he or she thinks! Hope this helps! Good luck!

Normal! Your body is producing a higher blood volume and your heart is working a lot harder. Take time to rest when you’re feeling like you’re out of breath and your hearts racing but know that it’s normal
