Possible lightning crotch

So the last could days I pretty much can’t walk. I’m in so much pain in my uterus area it’s even sore to touch. But it’s not as low as my vagina. I get sharp pains here and there when I’m sitting around but walking every step is miserable. I’m 12 days from my due date and 1.5 cm dilated but no other symptoms. Ob wants to do a sweep next week since I’m such a mess and because I’m dilated she said she can but I’m just wondering if this might mean he’s coming sooner than that or this is just normal pregnancy miserableness. Any help?
