Another bfn 😔

Hi everybody.

I’m new to this group and would just like some advice.

I’m 41 and In a same sex marriage. My wife and I have been ttc for 3 years. 4 AI’s, 1 IVF and 2 donor sperm later....... nothing.

I’m beginning to lose hope. This month af was 3 days late, then this morning I woke up with horrid cramps and when I wiped after going to the toilet, there she was 😫, very light, but there none the less.

What else can I do to help us get pregnant? Any advice is truly welcome.
