If you had MC's before a successful pregnancy did you have MC's after or more successful pregnancies?

So I finally had a beautiful rainbow baby after 2 losses and a long time ttc. I'm wondering now that I have had my son do I have less of a chance to have losses again or is it the same as before? The doctors didn't do any testing to figure out why I lost the previous pregnancies. Will they keep as close of an eye on my next pregnancy as they did with my son? I had viability scans, extra bw, and early appointments. I want to have more children but I am also so scared at the same time. Anyone with any insight thank you for your response ahead of time!
