Swollen labia?

Question

Sort of an odd topic, but has anyone experienced sore, swollen labia in their pregnancy? Currently 16 weeks. My husband and I were on our feet all day yesterday and this morning I woke up in some discomfort. 
I know it may just be from the extra blood supply so I didn’t want to call my midwife unless necessary. Any at home remedies help for people?

I sat on an ice pack for a while during first trimester... helped the swelling and pain a lot! Looked ridiculous but I didn’t care 😂

Yep. Every pregnancy i experience this. Lovely. 😒 
Last pregnancy I even had a new fat vein run through it. Not only was it creepy looking it added to the pressure.

It’s normal! It’s because you were standing up so much. My doctor said it’s only cause for concern if it happens last in 3rd trimester. It’s all the extra blood flow. Just try not to wear tight fitting clothes today and do a cold compress and try to stay off your feet. If it’s itchy it could be a yeast infection.

When I went to see my sugaring lady a few weeks ago (it was more painful pregnant lol) & she told me it’s very normal to be more sensitive down there and swollen. She said your body has lots of extra blood when you’re pregnant & it’s normal. Yay for us... lol

I have it too with discharge but no smell and it’s not itchy.
