It’s been a couple of weeks but i recently found out my dad has been cheating on my mom through various dating sites and he has been talking to some girl recently. My mom has known for almost two years and has kept it from us until now because it was my senior year of high school and i guess a lot of stuff came up and she didn’t want to ruin everything. i just feel so bad... she’s been going through something nobody ever wants to go through and had to deal with his bullshit for so long. i don’t even know who my dad is i never thought he would do something like that. i haven’t said more than a few words to him since then. i guess it helps that he works across the state during the week so i don’t really see him anyways..

I’ve lost a lot of hope for long term relationships, especially since i’ve also recently broken up with my boyfriend of almost two years.
