Stomach pain after Plan B?

So last month I had an incident where I had to take a Plan B pill. I took all the safety precautions and everything went smoothly, I did NOT end up pregnant, I had a normal period. But almost a week after my period ended, I have been having the absolute WORST cramps in my stomach! It literally feels like I’m on my period and it’s constant, and my discharge is very heavy. Are these normal symptoms to have weeks after taking the Plan B pill? I just want to make sure I’m not overreacting before I take further measures. Please no judgement, let me know your thoughts!
