Hi, is anybody know any kind of medicine or other way to lose weight...bec I am trying to lose weight...thanks

Diet and exercise.  There is no magic pill - just hard work.  This picture is my before and after of nearly six months of consistent dieting (only had ONE cheat meal per week) when I was training for a fitness competition.  I lifted HEAVY weights and combined HIIT cardio with steady cardio.  Lean protein, lots of green veggies, healthy fats (avocado and natural peanut butter) and brown rice/sweet potato for carbs.  I never took pills - I just put in the work.

Im with ya! I workout and dont eat bad and still see no results. I Have PCOS and that might be it but im still tired of working my butt off and not seeing results :(

I tried HCG solutions it works, but I eat a lot of fatty foods and all of a sudden I got addicted to Popsicles and sugary drinks so I'm not losing a lot of weight, but HCG works very well for cellulite. My doctor said eat 3 meals a day and if I eat a cheeseburger always remember to not eat all of it. Hcg works with a 500 calorie diet and people said its a unhealthy diet, but I guess they weren't thinking about all the 0 calorie and sugar free things we can eat all day or substitute.

Slimming world works and you can still follow it whilst pregnsnt it's not a diet as such although it is but u can eat all sorts of food x
