I recently had a missed miscarriage a month ago and my D&C was roughly two weeks ago. I know they say to wait to try again after your first normal cycle...but how will I know when to track it and when I’ll be ovulating again. All these apps I use won’t tell me when it’s coming. It just tells me I’m late or to log a period. Are you supposed to log a miscarriage as a period? Because the last period I had was on Christmas Day and I have no clue when it’ll drop again to keep track of when we’re ovulating to TTC. Anyways me have any ideas? Should I log my last pregnancy as a period?
