How long did it take to actually miscarry after the baby stopped growing?

Baby stopped growing around 9 weeks. It’s been a full week now and I’m wondering how long it will take my body to realize what it needs to do... I’m desperately trying to avoid having a d&c and forking out $4600.....

My baby stopped growing at 7 weeks 4 days and I found out at 10 weeks and 1 day. My body never did do what it was supposed to do even after 4 weeks. Had no choice but to have a D&C. I never started bleeding or even cramping.

Embryo stopped growing at 6 weeks one day, discovered at 10 weeks, D&C at 21 weeks 6 days. I didn't pass anything myself.

My baby never developed. Doctor said it was called a blighted ovum. Meaning for unknown reasons my body didn't know what to. It happens to 1 out of every 4 women. I was 8 weeks when I was told it was a miscarriage. It took about a week/week and a half before my miscarriage actually happened. It lasted about 1 and a half days. The first day was physically the most painful. I refused a d&c unless my body didn't miscarry naturally. Everyone is different. Don't wait too long because you could be at risk for an infection and it could end badly. Best wishes💜

Did your doctor discuss with you the possibility of taking meds to induce the miscarriage? When my baby stopped growing around 9 weeks, my doc said I could wait, take some pills to make my body pass the tissue (she said sometimes you might need to do 2 rounds), or get a d&c. My body didn’t start the process on its own after a week, so I opted for the d&c, though it was expensive.

I can take up to a few weeks , I just started bleeding yesterday. I think your hormones have to drop to a certain extent first. Your local ER should be able to do blood work and tell you your hormone level, keep a track on it and make sure it keeps going down, some people don’t bleed ( missed miscarriage ) they just start their period the next cycle. Being your 9 weeks though I’m not sure you won’t have to have medicine to help . Have you been having any pain? This is my first miscarriage and it’s extremely painful and I wasn’t even that far along . Only 5 weeks and I feel like cutting me open wouldn’t hurt as bad as this

I had missed miscarriage, at 8 weeks 4 days found out at 12 week scan .. 
And took another 2 weeks so about 5 and half weeks we waited x
