Thyroid and Clomid

Trying to conceive for close to 10 months and finished my first round of Clomid last Thursday. Got my blood work back and found out my thyroid is extremely high. I took my first pill this morning to help regulate my thyroid. Have a high day today so I'm assuming I will be ovulating later today/tomorrow. How are my chances this month? Has anyone else experienced this?
