Help? Im confused.

Got sent by ambulance to the hospital from work because I felt like I couldn't breathe but after sitting in a cool room I felt better. Been fighting a migraine for 2 weeks no relief not even from what the hospital gave me. They said I was dehydrated. But. I got labs back and my levels dropped by $30,000 in a month??? I'm 15 weeks, so I'm kind of concerned. I thought I was feeling the baby move but I haven't felt any bubbles or anything today... Am I over thinking it? I have an appointment Friday...
