I’m 33 weeks and looking to start purchasing my post partum care products. What’s everyone’s favourite? Pads, underwear, pain relief hacks etc. TIA

- take the peri bottle they give you in the hospital or frida baby makes the fridet
- always infinity pads (super thin but super absorbent)
- tucks pads
- perineal cold packs or you can make padsicles or ice diapers (you can get them on amazon
- dermoplast pain relief spray
- ibuprofen
- colace

Always discreet! Loved them! They're like depends but cuter I guess. More importantly they worked and they were comfy. Also, preparation h wipes and creams and witch hazel pads. My husband also bought a detachable shower head for me so washing down there was easier....

I bought some always underwear, they seem pretty comfortable! They are like depends but are always brand. I also bought some disposable ice packs that you can put in your underwear from amazon.

The hospital showed me how to turn a newborn diaper into a ice pack pad lol great idea since I had a bad tear

I LOVED the earth mama bottom spray. I also used the earth mama herbal packs. I used some in the tub, and I wet some down, put them in the freezer, and used them in my pads. Also, showering my peri area everyday was absolutely necessary and really made a difference.
