Is this your first?

The question I hate getting the most. People always ask oh is this your first and I want to be like the first that’s made it this far. After losing two I really don’t know what to say. What do you guys say when people ask you this question?

I’m honest about it. I say it’s my second but my first unfortunately didn’t make it

I have people ask “how many kids do you have” all the time. I hate that question so much. If I will never see them again I just say one, but if it’s someone I will see a lot I say one at home and three in heaven.

Same here. To people I don’t know as well I say yes because I’m more of a private person and don’t want to get into it. But it’s so awkward after 2 miscarriages to answer that.
